Return policies are not the same in store versus online.
IN-STORE PURCHASES - RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We will exchange or issue a merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. Returned merchandise must not have been washed, worn or damaged. Returned merchandise must have original tags and a valid receipt.
All sale items, items in promotion, underwear and jewelry are final sales. Unfortunately, no exchanges or returns will be accepted for these items.
ONLINE STORE PURCHASES - RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We will exchange or refund, in the original method of payment, any merchandise within 14 days of the shipping date. Returned merchandise must not have been washed, worn or damaged. Returned merchandise must have original tags and a valid receipt. It is imperative that you obtain a return number before proceeding with the return shipment. Contact us at [email protected] to obtain this number.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are not covered.
All sale items, items in promotion, underwear and jewelry are final sales. Unfortunately no exchanges or returns will be accepted for these items.
All refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your return package.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase
1- you must write to us at the following address to obtain a return number [email protected]
2- you must include the following information in your e-mail: your name, the name of the item and the reason for return
all our parcels are accompanied by a card on which you must write the return number that we will send you by email. You must return this card to us in your return package.
IN-STORE RETURNS
If you prefer to return your online purchases to our Montreal boutique, come and see us. We will apply the 'online purchase' exchange and refund policy.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping on purchases of $250 or more: free (Canada)
Shipping on purchases of $249 and under: $10 (Canada)
TAXES
In accordance with current provincial and federal laws, sales taxes are applicable on all items purchased from the Swell & Ginger online boutique.
